Refund Policy

Who you buy from

Purchases of Signal Tools Co. products are made through Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase contract is with Paddle. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and refunds for every purchase made through our store.

Refunds are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy

Refunds for purchases made through our store are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. That policy, and the consumer law that applies where you live, determine your refund rights. We do not add restrictions to it.

Try before you buy

Every Pro Knob plugin offers a 14-day free trial. Trials start from your account page, require no payment details, and never convert to a purchase automatically. Pro Knob Rack, Trimmer and Unlock are free with every account. We encourage you to trial a product in your own sessions before buying it.

We would rather fix it than argue

If something is wrong with a product you bought, contact us at [email protected] first. We will advocate with Paddle for a refund where a product is defective and we cannot resolve it, where you were charged twice or in error, or where the product does not work with a system that meets our published requirements. Tell us the product, the date of purchase, and what happened.

Digital content and the right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Where you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so, that consent is given as part of Paddle's checkout and Paddle's buyer terms, and Paddle records it against your transaction. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law.

Australia

If you are a consumer in Australia, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those guarantees.

Subscriptions

An All Access subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the rate shown at checkout (founding subscribers — anyone who subscribes on or before December 4, 2026 — keep their founding rate until at least December 6, 2029). You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds of amounts already paid are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy.
