Try Before You Buy — Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial of our Products so that you can fully evaluate them before making a purchase. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial to confirm that a Product meets your needs and works correctly in your setup before you buy.

Because the free trial gives you the opportunity to fully evaluate our Products at no cost, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom: Under EU and UK consumer law, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. However, where you request immediate access to and delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal by doing so, this statutory withdrawal right may not apply. At checkout, you may be asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right. Where the statutory right of withdrawal does apply and has not been waived, we (or Paddle, as Merchant of Record) will honor it in accordance with applicable law.

If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund amounts already paid for the current or prior billing periods, except where required by law. You will retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
